Telesales/Customer Support (English native)

MyTwinPlace is growing! We are looking for a Telesales/Customer Support Assistant to join our team of enthusiastic, travel loving experts.

If you're tired of selling the fastest internet on the market, the new 100 megapixel phone or the latest computer to come out, keep reading! If you think nothing beats human contact and that online marketing isn't the only thing to be growing quickly, we're on the right track. Do you like to promote new services that'll help their users save money? Do you like winning over a customer who isn't expecting your call? Do you like listening to and giving great advice? Are you creative, with a liking for browsing the internet to find new users, and new ways of doing things? Are you an independent, goal-orientated person? We'd love to meet you!

The only thing is, you must be an English native.

Purpose of Role:

• Lead Generation - Finding and getting in touch with new clients who still haven't realised that they can travel the world with free accommodation!
• Offering new clients in a specific country or region the chance to sign up. You'll be the person in charge of that area!
• Contacting our existing members, enriching their description and going through the information they offer us.
• Attention and customer support for international users.
