The Job

After receiving an intensive on boarding training you will hold various responsibilities:

- Providing service to the client via phone, email and web
- Handling incoming requests and solving them
- Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations

The Profile

- Fluent in French and Dutch/Flemish
- People living already in Barcelona preferred
- Good customer orientation
- Proactive
- Good communication skills 
- Ability to adapt quickly 
- Fast learner
