Our collaborator is a company well established in an online industry of flower selling. Brand has been standing for the quality and innovation since its creation. Their international team which is based in Barcelona is currently looking for professional telesales, customer support agent.

Customer Service Position:

Tasks:

-You will be in charge of inbound and outbound calls to provide customers with live support during the online buying process.

-You will be helping to manage customers and client relationships via chat, mail, phone and social media.

-You will contribute to conduct market research in different countries

Requirements:

-Be persuasive and influential with good communication skills

-Be reliable and flexible with a positive attitude

-Be focused on reaching sales and revenue targets

-Be a good team player

-You should have proactive and positive approach towards problem solving

-Very good writing skills along with friendly and professional phone manner

-You should be even-tempered, kind and respectful

-You should be oriented on results

-You should speak German, French or Italian
