Online Customer Service - Dutch or German

An important company located in el Poble Nou (Barcelona), is looking for Dutch-speaking candidates to manage the Online Customer Service of a very important fashion brand.

The main functions would be: 
- Attending to mails and online inquires.
- Problem solving.
- Providing information about the services. 
- Providing an excellent customer care.

A two-week paid training is provided.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
- Passion for fashion, candidates must have a minimum knowledge of brands.
- High level of any of this language is required (test administrated): Dutch/English
