Main Functions:
- Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone
- Verify account information
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Conditions: Full-time from Monday to Sunday. Salary 9,03 €/ hour.
Requirements: Norwegian bilingual plus fluent English. No previous experience required!
