We are currently looking for a Customer Representative for a project with a leader and international automotive company.
We are hiring Norwegian native speakers to work in an international project.
How our ideal team member has to be?
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters/situations.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills in Norwegian and English.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
-Preferably proven customer support experience and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Which your main responsibilities are going to be?
- Effectively manage incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices.
