Our partner Real Estate Agency specializing in quality real estate services that started its business activity in 2000. Currently, Agency has a workforce of 70 people and manage over 2,000 flats and apartments from five offices, four in Barcelona and one in Madrid. Agency offers 6 different services to satisfied the owners and tenants needs, according to the international profile. The Monthly Rentals department is looking for an intern to support the business to the business area and to development.

ERASMUS + INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: We always suggest for students to participate in this program because you are able to receive a scholarship from 500 to 600 Euros/month from your University and cover living expenses abroad. Please be advised that scholarship sizes also depends on your University grants policy. 

Internship tasks and responsibilities:

• Receive and manage client’s demands either in person, by phone or via email;

• Relation and communication with customers that are mainly foreigners (UK, USA, France, Scandinavian countries);

• Giving information about the reservation process in English and Spanish;

• Direct relationship with customers (equity companies, investment funds, owners …)

• Organize and coordinate customer visits and company meetings, organizations, institutions;

• Request and review in detail the documentation provided;

• Business 2 Business Missions and Business Development: Manage, complete and enrich the B2B Database and Module. Collaboration on their network development. Development of the Monthly Rentals Department in the B2B market segment;

• Commercial: Prospecting new markets.

 

Requirements:

• You want to be part of the Monthly Rental area because it fits with your career, your excellent relation skills, ability to listen, proactivity, commitment will be a real asset to the success of your assignments;

• Currently studying a career related to Business, Management, International Business or International Relations;

• Interest in the private sector, specifically in the services field;

• Skills: Speak Spanish and English (French is a plus) Excellent interpersonal relations Outgoing, motivated, autonomous, efficient Teamwork Knowledge of Marketing, Office Microsoft, Internet Explorer tools.
