In Barcelona, you will join a young, dynamic and international team working in the centre of Barcelona, just a few minutes from Plaza Catalunya!

We are looking for a competent, self motivated Junior Legal Counsel to organise and assist the company across all the departments and activities as well as providing direct support to all employees and supervising business partners alliances in legal terms. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of the Head of Legal.

Main responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the different departments and across all the company activities, in coordination with our legal assessor for complex cases
• Be the first to respond and assist across the business all sorts of legal questions and to provide employees with legal advice / guidance where might be required.
• Establishing contracts and adherence & compliance with all business partners
• Review, maintain and update Legal Terms & Conditions of our platforms whenever required
• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
• Prepare contracts for the Head of Legal
• Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as Legal Assistant or experience all trainee
• Law Degree with specialization in corporate, commercial or international private law. Relevant Masters will be a plus
• Familiarity with European & International commercial law, legal procedures and protocols, Incoterms, General Terms and Conditions
• Familiarity with International copyright law
• Proficient level of English AND Spanish, both written and spoken. Another European language (French, German or Dutch) will be an advantage.
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
