Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to help us manage our team and attract new talent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intern onboarding and offboarding

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications

• Update intern database and calendar

• Research new sourcing methods

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

• Conduct candidate screening, selection and interviewing

• Coordinate with managers to forecast future hiring needs

• Manage incoming intern paperwork

• Create surveys and employ other metrics to evaluate employee satisfaction

Requirements

• Possible fields of study: Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related fields of study

• Languages: English, Spanish, other languages are a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Ability to work in a team

• Strong self-motivated and collaborative attitude
