Helpdesk with Dutch

International services company , which is located in Barcelona, is recruiting employees to cover the Dutch market of one of our most important services in Barcelona, which is a dedicated company in the world of visual digital entertainment

What we do here is give support to the Dutch customers:

- Customer Care
- Uses of the devices. Any issue the customer could have using them.
- First level of technical support (trouble shooting)
- Information about the product.

What we offer:
- A long term position (contract based on a service)
- Possibility of internal promotion
- Full time position (39h/week)
- 18,000€/gross + monthly bonus
- Paid training of 10 days.

Our requirements:
- Dutch native level
- English high level
- Customer Service experience
- Call center experience us a plus.
