The challenge
The Consultant will be joining us at a pivotal time in Loftus Bradford’s growth when we will double revenue and organisation size over the next 3 years.
This is a launching pad role where you can get an overview of the business working closely with the client-facing team. You will be trained to headhunt in multiple functions across a variety of industries in developed and emerging markets. In addition, the searches often have diversity and sustainability objectives.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and attracting top talents to work at our clients’ organizations. You will have full ownership of the search project, be expected to consistently make your targets, and deliver top candidates to the Client Services team, as well as support in the process up until placement. Required skills & experience:
- Complete fluency in the English language, both written and verbal, other languages a plus
- 1-5 years’ experience in a target-driven environment where developing relationships is key
- Proven track record in project and process management
Preferred skills & experience:
- Experience in sales, recruitment and/or headhunting
- Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in an international environment
Responsibilities:
- Researching online and via our extensive database
- Referral gathering through database management and networking
- Identifying, qualifying, and selling the opportunity to candidates
- Managing the full search and recruitment process end to end
- Delivering on time to set targets and KPI’s
- Working in a team on projects and searches
- Taking part in client communications – briefings, de-briefings, calibration calls, and longlist presentations
- Interview coordination
