English Speaking - First Level Support

Ducksboard is a young and dynamic company based in the heart of Barcelona, close to "Paseo de Gracia" and "Diagonal" metro station. We've developed is a real-time dashboard which helps business visualize and monitor all their data and KPIs in one single place.

We are looking for final year students or graduates to join our support team who will help our users and clients adopt and use our web-based software by phone, email, and screen-sharing.

The role will suit someone with the ability to pick up new skills quickly (such as using new web services), who communicates clearly and has an eye for detail. Being able to work independently is essential. We are open to graduates from any field especially technical careers.

Advanced language skills are an absolute must to be considered for this role. 

Training will be provided.

Salary: 19k€ to 22k€, depending on experience
