Requisites: To do an internship with us you need an Internship Agreement (sometimes called "Training" or "Learning" agreement) with a university. That’s just a paper that your University, you and the company will sign so that everything will be legal. You have to ask it for yourself in your university. In addition, you can also get information in your University about any scholarships available (for internship in a company) that could help you with the costs. For example Erasmus+ Internship, Eurodyssee, Leonardo Da Vinci, etc. If you are not sure about this maybe is a better idea to ask first to your university and then send your cv to us.

◦  Place: Barcelona (Spain).

◦  Length: 6 months (To start as soon as possible).

◦  Salary: the student/graduated student can apply for a scholarship (Erasmus Practice, Leonardo).The trainee will receive a financial contribution in kind of his/her traineeship: 400€/month.

◦  Languages: French (native) or German (native) or Italian (native). Spanish (basic).

Observation: For this position you´ll need to be enrolled in a university course or equivalent.

Tasks: Right now to support our internationally growth, we are now looking for great interns to our Customer & Supportteam that will help us on been the greatest human contact with our clients. Our needs involves support to different countries, and that means interns that speaks not only the Spanish and English but also another European language (as native) and wanna join a fast paced environment!

◦  Answering customer queries and complaints via email, chat and/or telephone

◦  Processing customer orders and maintaining these orders
