Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to work for an international and leading Airlines Company in a call center based inBarcelona.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent your main tasks will be:
- Identify and clarify customer needs in order to be able to offer the best service or product in each situation.
- Answer and solve questions and complaints following the procedures required by the company.
- Answer requests made through email.
- Proactive outbound calling to built customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Have a native level of German and/or Dutch.
- Having a university degree.
- Present at least 6 months experience in Telesales or Customer Service.
- Good computer management.
- Be customer-oriented and have good communication skills.
- Have a positive attitude and good self-motivation abilities.
