- Manage a huge amount of conversations with our customers through chat, email and phone.

- Turn problems into solutions and happiness.

- Attentive to customers enquiries, feedback and complaints.

- Help define new processes and best practices to optimize our customer service.

- Following up any pending case and resolve them at the fastest, earliest possible time.

- Help to improve our customer experience day a day.

- Be essential for the loyalty of our customers.

- Be the voice of our customers in the company.

- Be part of the best customer service team in town.

You Are a Great Candidate If You Have:

- Customer obsessed and empathic.

- Problem solver.

- Spanish and Italian are a must.

- Good communication skills.

- Proactive and with multi-tasking skills.

- Thriving in a hyperdynamic and high-stakes environment.

- Your are willing to stay with us in a full-time role afterwards.
