The person we are looking for should provide assistance at the reception on Friday 8th September 2023 in an Hotel in the center of Barcelona (plaza de Catalunya), where the conference will be held.
There will be approximately 15 guests, who will ask for organizational affairs.
Main activities:
- Issuing of name cards for the guests
- A lunch is planned: the person should help the hotel service staff with drinks and food.
- Provide people with info about the place for the meetings, the lunch, organizational infos, and so on
