We are Harmony, an international wellness company using the power of nature to bring more Harmony to people’s lives. Since 2014 we have grown from an idea to a highly profitable business, and we are just getting started. Harmony is a team of remarkable people from all over the world, counting almost 40 people and more than 13 nationalities. Our HQ is based in Barcelona, and we also have offices in Paris, London, and Lima

Harmony’s sales and business development teams are growing. Currently, our products are shipped to 26 countries on 3 continents and we’re growing fast. You will be supported by a marketing team that provides strong leads to nurture and best-in-class marketing campaigns and materials to enable you to close.

This role focuses on our German market and a native or professional level command of the language is a prerequisite.

What you'll spend most of your time on:

  • Nurture and close prospective clients - ­you’ll be responsible for increasing revenue in your territory.
  • ­Present and be the face of Harmony - ­you’ll represent us at trade events and take the lead on big accounts in your territory
  • Become an expert - ­you’ll become a specialist in CBD and vaping products (as well as our future product lines)
  • Be flexible - ­you thrive in a collaborative environment where you’re happy working with everyone from our Interns to our Senior Leadership
  • Account Management - you will be building long term relationships with a range of business, you’ll be trusted to provide first class after-sales support

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience - you know what it takes to nurture and close a deal and the differences in approach in selling to large and small businesses
  • Client development - we’d like to hear stories of how you’ve worked with your clients to generate value over a long period of time
  • Knowing your numbers - we expect you to be able to talk confidently about your sales targets/achievements, treating your work as your own business
  • German fluency - you must be professional level German speaker but if not, don’t worry, we are also hiring for France, Spain, Portugal and UK teams.
  • Happy to travel - we attend multiple trades and industry events throughout the year all over the world

A bonus if you have any of the following:

  • Formal sales training
  • Experience selling in an FMCG environment
  • You have experience conducting market and territory analysis and applying data to your decision making
