BooXkeeping is a nationwide provider of outsourced bookkeeping services. We are partnered with 80+ franchise systems in the US and operate in all 50 states. We sell bookkeeping services, white label solutions and bookkeeping franchises.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of full-charge, cloud-based, outsourced bookkeeping, and other services for small businesses.
• Report to office and work well in group settings with other team members
• Be able to enter transactions, reconcile numerous, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and respond to client related emails

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to manually enter transactions into accounting software from statements, allocate accordingly
• Ability to prepare clear, concise financial records and reports
• Demonstrate organizational, prioritization, and detail-oriented abilities to meet established work output timelines.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Possess a passion to work with small business owners.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective client and employee relationships
• Ability to work under pressure; possesses the stamina to meet the time deadlines inherent in the tax and accounting profession.
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
