Description

For important multinational company of the tourism sector we are hiring booking agents with Native level of Norwegian or Danish, very high level of English.

The people who join this position will be responsible for carrying out the tasks of telephone attention of the customer as well as to manage the reserves.

They will be the first contact for customers and will have to identify business opportunities, via telephone and mail. They will be in charge of the commercial negotiations assigned with clear orientation of closing and reception.

Focused on the fulfillment of the assigned qualitative and quantitative targets.

They will deal with the detection of opportunities and with the solution of incidences with the customer and the communication the person in charge.

Sales and customer loyalty will be included among its objectives

Minimum requirements

Previous experience in call centers, booking agent or as a travel agent of at least 1-2 years.

Native level of Norwegian or Danish, very high level of English, knowledge of Spanish will be appreciated.

Goal oriented: Have desire to overcome to achieve ambitious objectives that add value to the company. .

Service orientation: Meet the expectations of the internal / external customer. Apply quality in the work, the orientation to the customer and, where appropriate, the commercial ability.
