What's the role?

We are growing our boutique community internationally and are looking for Local Shop Hunters to help us find the very best boutiques. We are looking for someone who is passionate about independent boutiques and has a good local knowledge of Barcelona.The team’s goal is to champion our brand among independent boutiques and recruit new shops to join the Trouva community. As a Local Shop Hunter, your research will play a major part in the Business Development Team’s success and the growth of our community of boutiques.

You will receive a remote training session to gain a better understanding of the project and will then spend 3 pre-agreed days exploring Barcelona finding independent boutiques.

What You’ll Do:

• Follow a pre-agreed route around Barcelona you’ll visit specific shops enroute but also discover new shops not already on our database

• Visit each shop you find gathering information such as brands they stock, prices and images of the shop interior

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate is someone with:

• Fluent English

• A good local knowledge of Barcelona and able to easily navigate the city

• Lots of energy, positive attitude and an outgoing approach

• An understanding of, and interest in, independent retail, fashion and design

• A good level of fitness as the role involves visiting a lot of shops in person

• Their own mobile phone with Google Maps and an external battery charger
