Our collaborator, a luxurious and prominent hotel group, is looking for interns in various departments. This particular branch is well-known not only by locals but also among tourists. Emphasizing on high quality of customer service, together with its speculiar view, distinguished architect and modern facilities, this is definitely an ideal place to start your internship.

General requirements:

All the positions require fluent English. The other requirements are depending on the positioning.

Salary and other benefits (for all the placements):

- Meals during the working hours

-300 euros/month

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 working days, 2 days off per week.

Location: Barcelona

Tasks

Marketing and Communication:

• Responsible for supporting the marketing department
• Assist in the marketing strategies
• Insight in managing the PR agencies and all regionally driven PR initiatives.
• Assist the Human Resources Coordinator
• Assist the Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators
• Answer clients’ requests
• Prepare guest’s stay

Extra requirements: High level of Spanish

Human resources:

Extra requirements: Intermediate level of Spanish, minimum 6-month stay

General sales:

Extra requirements: High level of Spanish, minimum 6-month stay

Finance

Extra requirements: basic level of Spanish, minimum 6-month stay.

Purchasing

Extra requirements: Intermediate level of Spanish and English, minimum 5-month stay.

Reservation:

Extra requirements: High level of Spanish, minimum 6-monthstay

Reception:

Extra requirements: High level of Spanish

Lobby lizard:

Extra requirements: Strong communication skills,minimum 3-month stay, Spanish language is a plus.

Food and Beverage
The internship can be in one specific area or rotational, allowing students to experience different F&B outlets in the hotel.

Extra requirements: High level of Spanish and English, MS Word and Excel (minimal Opera knowledge), minimum 3-month stay.

Housekeeping

Extra requirements: Intermediate level of Spanish, minimum 6-month stay.

Kitchen

Extra requirements: Intermediate level of Spanish and English, minimum 3-month stay.

Spa

Extra requirements: basic level of Spanish, minimum 6-month stay.
