Young Australian couple looking for accomodation near El Raval

My girlfriend and I are looking to rent a room in a shared apartment from 20th of September till the 20th of December. We are undertaking an exchange program at ELISAVA.
We are two Australians from Melbourne aged 22. We're both studying Sustainable Engineering/Industrial Design. We'd prefer to stay in a flat that has Spaniards, so that we can better our Spanish. We are always up for a laugh and a chat.
As we are studying at ELISAVA, we would like to rent a place in the following areas El Raval, El Poble-Sec or Barri Gòtic.
Our budget is between 400-450 euros each but we are open to discussion. We have already tried all the other sites , so please only comment if you are truly interested.
