Two 18 year old boys looking for accommodation in Barcelona

Looking for accommodation in all areas in Barcelona. My friend and I are moving to Barcelona at the beginning of August, I will hopefully be studying at one of the Universities there that I have applied to.
We are looking for any type of accommodation whether it be a large flat, apartment, house, whatever.
We're both outgoing and enjoy going out on the weekend, however within reason. We're both tidy and would always clean up after ourselves as we spent 2 years at boarding school.
Looking for any type of people, male and female, would also be great to get to know some people in Barcelona!
My University course is 4 years but we are willing to look at short and long stay accommodation.
