Student looking for a flatmate (have a flat rented)

I am a male of 21 years old looking for a flatmate to stay in my appartament from 15th of november until 15 of june. The apartament is located next to plaza cataluna, 70m2 in total and cosists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and main room connected with kitchen. Located on a 4th floor and has small balcny. The total cost of apartament is 1700 per mounth with all utilities icluded (water electricity gas) so it would be 850 for a room. Im looking for a neat, mature and responsible housemate who can mainain clean and comfortable living conditions. Some personal info about me: I lived in spain for 9 years and two of them in barcelona. Have expirince in living in shared flats with other students. I'm a calm clean person who values peronal space of other people and i'm easy to get along with if you do the same :) Looking forward for your propositions.
