I am a very energetic, talkative and communicative person. I would want my apartment to be of a medium size, with 2 bedrooms (both with double beds), a kitchen and a living room wich can be joined in one room. The apartment must have a balcony. The neighbourhood is not really important, but there should be a subway station near. We want to rent the entire place and we are not looking for roommates.
