Looking for a nice and quite house to share

Hello, 

In September I'll start an English course at the UPF, a Master in social studies, for the period of one year. 

For this time I'm looking for a place to live, to share with one or two other students. 

Yes, I like wine, and No, I don't like party. 
I read a lot, books, mainly, and watch a lot series and art-house films. 
My previous study was a communication study in Tilburg, Holland. 

Once in a while my friends from all over the world will come visit me at my future home, then we'll eat a lot, drink a lot, and gossip a lot. 

Non-smoker, no pets, I can cook, love to clean.
