Looking for a female flatmate (20-23)

Hello! 

We (Paige and Lucy) are looking for a girl (20-24 years old) to fill a room in our apartment from January to end of June 2026. The room is large with a double bed, air conditioning, desk, large windows that open to the street and both under bed and closet storage space! 

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony accessible from Paiges room, and a large living room (with table, couch and TV).

The apartment also has in house washer/dryer, an apartment receptionist, and an elevator.

The apartment is technically located in Sant-Gervasi, but I would describe it more Grácia. It is roughly 2 blocks up from Av. Diagonal, a 15 min walk from Paseo de Grácia, 2 min walk from Mercadona/Consum and extremely well connected via public transport. 

The monthly rent is 900 EUR, and utilities is 67 EUR/ month. 

There additionally is a refundable security desposit and non-refundable agency fee.
