I'm looking for two roommates to rent a very cozy flat in Gran via

Hello there,
I am looking for two roommates to rent a very cozy flat starting from beginning of January. It is located in a very nice area, in La Gran via, between La Sagrada Familia and Glories. It has three rooms in total, 2 doubles and one single, with 2 bathrooms and a full equipped kitchen. The rent with charges divided by three should be around 617€. Contact me if you’re interested ! About me : I’m 20 yo and an international student currently enrolled in the Grado de Medicina at the University of Barcelona (UB). A home for me is a clean, safe, and cozy environment where everyone feels comfortable. I enjoy having fun, going out, staying active through sports, exploring new activities and interesting places, and building meaningful, long-lasting friendships!
