I am 28 years old boy and looking for accommodation in Barcelona

My name is Joel Alter. I am 28 year old boy. I have been admitted to Barcelona Graduate School (“BGSE”) of Economics for Mater program in Competition and market Regulations starting from September 1st2014. I will be coming to Barcelona on August 20, 2014. I will be moving to Barcelona for the first time, so I am not very much familiar with this city and hope to have a great and exciting experience. I want to book a room for myself by the end of May or till mid of June. Because I need an accommodation letter for my visa process as I would apply for the visa by the end of June. I can make the payment through bank account or credit card or at the time of arrival at the flat/house/apartment.

I have looking for an accommodation which is affordable maximum up to 300-325 Euros per month with all the bills included. My campus is Ciutadella campus - UPF campus - (UPF). I want my accommodation near to Ciutadella Campus. I am looking forward to a single room in an apartment or I can also adjust in a shared room. Gender (male or female) doesn’t make a difference to me; I am very easy going person.

I am quite and very exciting person. I like making new friends and enjoy my company with friends. I am well-organized and disciplined person and maintain the overall decorum. I like music, watch movies, outing, gym, reading newspapers and economic journals. I want to have roommate or flat mates who are exciting, well-organized and disciplined. I expect living with my flat mates/friends/roommate like a family while help and support each other. I like going to the parties with my friends. I also play guitar and will love to play guitar for my friends.
