Huge 6 bedroom apartment-we need one more person!

Okay this is my last post here I promise haha.

We need a 6th person to rent a HUGGEE and beautiful 6 bedroom flat in Saint Gervasi. Everyone gets double beds and desk, four of the rooms have balconies.

Rent is around 667 per person(4000 in all) and will vary slightly depending on what room you get. Agency are on the more expensive side. The lease is August 20-June 30 and the fees are 1000 euros per person. If you stay for one semester, we will find another person to replace you, and they will pay you half (500 euros) of the fees before they move in.  

A little about us: we are all exchange students ages 20-23.  We are looking for a super fun, social,  warm home where we hang out together. We also of course respect quiet time and recharging. We are coed. Must be lgbtq+ friendly:) We need to rent the place ASAP because other groups are interested too.
