E+ Intern looking for a cheap, decent room/bed

Italian junior architect, very flexible and open minded boy, clean, sociable, into sports, bike-rider, love the sea, love to cook, looking for a fresh and sunny (read "healthy") environment, not necessarily in the center of the City.
I speak Italian, English, Spanish, Catalan and a lil' bit of French. Wouldn't mind to lear German by the way ;P
Gonna stay (for sure) from May, 1st to September, 30th. On a full-time E+ internship.

Priorities:

-cheap: could even consider to share a room
-sunny: at least the flat. Especially love high floors, and don't mind about stairs
-easy-to-clean habitat: my policy is to try to "keep it clean", day by day
-basically equipped flat/kitchen: washing machine, oven, vacuum machine, kitchen tools (yes I do make cookies, cakes, pizzas and so on. But I don't care at all about huge tv screen or hi-tech hairdryers)
