38 year old guy, on a 3 month project, looking for nice room

Hi There, am based in London. here in Barca for a short 3 months work project at The cotton House hotel. Looking for a place to stay within 3 or 4 kms distance to Placa de tetuan. Iam a clean and tidy person and would prefer the house to be in a  quiet zone, within proximity to basic necessities. I will gel with anyone and believe in respecting each others personal space. Dont have many friend here and would love to make some in the next 3 months and learn Spanish too....Speak English, Tamil, Hindi and litlle French.
