30 year old student looking for accommodation in Sarria, Barcelona. Must be a walking distance to UIC

I am looking for either a studio (max 650 euros) or a room in a shared apartment (max 400 euros). It must have nice views and get plenty of sunlight. I would like it to be walking distance to UIC (Universitat Internacional de Catalunya), max 20 minutes. Roommates can be students or working professionals, max 40 years old.
