27 years old guy looking for a place to live in Barcelona!

Hey fellow expats!

I'm Polish guy starting a new job in Barcelona in May. I'm looking for a room, preferably not so far from Word Trade Center building in 1ª planta, Edif. Este, Moll de Barcelona.

I've been sharing flats with housemates for approximately 7 years, so I definitely get on well with people (as long as they know how to clean and not party in a flat during an ordinary week ;) ) I would love to find a place with chill people with good vibes, preferably expats as well. I'm quiet when it comes to living with someone (no loud music etc.), although I'm a people person so I would like to get familiar with you! I am open minded, clean and very easy to live with.

I speak English.I smoke, but never indoors, so I need a terrace or a balcony.
