24 year old student is looking for accommodation in Barcelona

We are a group of exchange students coming from England for the Erasmus program.
I arrive in Barcelona on the 6th January and my fellow students arrive on the 27th January.
Our term ends on the 6th June but we would like an extra week to pack up and leave etc.
We are all non-smokers with no pets.
