i am looking for an accommodation which has a balcony /window
am not very choosy but yes a personal bathroom would be an asset and since i am going for studying would prefer a house/home/appartment which is not noisy .
I would be studying for ten months at the university and if the acco is good i would like to extend my contract for stay for nine more months
