22 year old master's student, looking for accomodation in Barcelona (close to Oracle offices preferably)

Hi all! 

My name is Jordy Van Landeghem. I am a non-smoking Belgian student (KU Leuven) of age 22. I studied Spanish, Linguistics and now Language Technology. 
I will be doing an internship at Oracle Barcelona (Avinguda Diagonal) in the first semester. Therefore, I am looking for accommodation close to their offices, zonas les corts/gracia. Already for 5 years I have been living together with other students in Belgium and they always said I am a clean and tidy person. What I (hope to) expect from my roommates is that they are also quite hygienic and most importantly just fun! After work I would love to grab some drinks!
