20 year old guy looking for accommodation in Barcelona

I'm not looking for a "party" flat, but I'm open to having a friendly environment and maybe going out for some beers any now and then!
I like to keep the places I live in clean, and have already lived in Canada for two years with other international students.
I've been in Barcelona for over a week struggling to find a flat with a friendly and clean environment. I will be studying in Pompeu Fabra from September to April.
My hobbies: Fitness, football, photography, travelling.
