19 years old Ukrainian girl, looking for a flatmate in Barcelona to party and go to the beach together. And study, of course

So, I am from Ukraine, I am turning 20 in October this year and I am moving to Barcelona to study in September 2020. I am looking for a female flatmate who is capable of having deep talks, gossip, who is kind, friendly, supportive and is up for any crazy idea. I would also like to have a flatmate/bestie-to-be who will want to get a perfect tan with me and spend a lot of time on the beach. I smoke, however it will not be a problem for you, there is always a balcony or I can just go outside and IQOS doesn't smell like cigarettes (in fact, it smells worse). I would also want to get a doggo some day but that is not under the discussion yet. I love kite-surfing which I am planning to do in Barcelona and I would really love to succeed in my studies and perhaps have a flatmate who could share her cray business ideas with me.
