19 year old girl looking for a flat mate

I am a Swedish dentistry student at la Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and I am looking for a flat mate. It is a 2 bedroom apartment on a lively but cozy street in Gràcia, has 1 bathroom and a balcony. It is a 10 minute walk from Gràcia station, 7mins from two other metro stations. All rooms can be heated and washing machine is included too. The price is 550€ rent per person + 75€ per person for electricity, water, WiFi etc. (whatever amount is not used from this will be returned). The deposit fee is worth 2 months of rent and there is no agency fee as I am in direct contact with the landlady (a very nice woman who’s only wish is for her tenants to be respectful to the neighbours) Please contact me asap if interested.
