18 year old looking for accommodation in Eixample for 3 years

I'm 18 from the United States. I'm planning to attend business school in Barcelona for marketing. I'm looking for a long term accommodation for the next 3 years of my residency. I love to dance and I love all the arts. I speak German and English. Trying to improve my spanish so a native Spanish speaker would be a great roommate.  it would also be nice if I could find one to two roommates with a similar plan to look for apartments together to plan our accommodatio.
