¡Hola! Somos un chico y una chica de 23 y 24 años que buscamos compañero/a de piso a partir del 1 de agosto. ¡No importa si está estudiando, trabajando, o si es Erasmus mientras nos llevemos bien! Sobretodo buscamos a alguien que sea simpático, sociable y responsable para que haya buen ambiente en el piso.
El piso está en el barrio de la Sagrada Familia, enfrente de la fábrica Damm. Está muy bien comunicado (líneas 5 y 2 de metro y muchos autobuses) y está reformado y completamente equipado: suelo de parquet, wifi, teléfono fijo, calefacción, aire acondicionado, lavadora, microondas etc. Es un piso grande (110 m2), muy soleado y tranquilo, ¡y además tiene una terraza enorme! La habitación que alquilamos está totalmente equipada (¡zapatero incluido! ) y cuesta 330 al mes; los gastos los repartimos entre los tres y van aparte (son 30euros al mes, todo incluido).

The flat is located in the district of Sagrada Familia, opposite the old Damm beer factory. It is really well connected to the city centre (lines 5 and 2 of the metro and several bus lines) and it has been completely refurbished.
Moreover, it is also fully equipped: parquet floors, WiFi, telephone, central heating, airco, washing machine, microwave etc. It is a big appartment (110m2), very bright and quiet and it even has a huge terrace!
The room we are willing to rent is fully equipped (including shoe closet! ) and it costs 330€ per month excl. Expenses are shared each month with the three of us and are not included in the price.
