Trabajaré en Barca desde febrero 2011 hasta agosto. Amigos dicen que Loquo es una buena fuente para encontrar pisos.

Out of curiosity, where are you going to work in Barcelona? Also, is it an Erasmus placement? I don't actually know if mine is but I'm still getting the erasmus grant so it's all good!

Hi Rónán,

Im working in a chemical firm near to La Pau station. It's quite near the beach. Though I'm not really sure where to live. I know I definitely want to live with mostly spanish people though.

I know I get the grant, I didn't even know that Erasmus offered work placements!

What are your plans? Do you start this summer?

That sounds like a cool job- not sure where La Pau is (only been to bcn a few times). Yeah I hopefully start Aug/Sept just with an accounting firm in Barcelona city. Suppose I'm gonna need the erasmus grant though seeing as the wage would be illegal at home lol.
(at least we're lucky to have jobs though seeing as unemployment in Spain is now 20% lol)

Yeah hopefully going to live with SPanish people as well, it's just proving a lot more difficult than I thought to find accomodation- you got anything sorted yet?
