Cerdanyola del Vallès. You probably have not heard about this small city. Sometimes, it is also regarded as an autonomous part of Barcelona. But this place differs from Barcelona really much. Firstly – no overcrowding, squeezing, high scy scrapers, excessive prices. They are not on the schedule. Cerdanyola more resembles village than to a big town.
Romantic river, extensive forests, steep hills, awesome sunset from the peak of those hills, adventurous forest ways…Marvelloous…
The university in which I am working as an intern is also located in the pure nature. Each faculty is cotacted to other departments and faculties by cozy and tiny passages and halls. The school is similar to a labyrinth. Individual departments cooperate with other departments, so the relationships with other employers are so friendly and honest. Proffesors, students and other members of academic staff go out together – that means they go to the discos, coffee bars or restaurants together. Like a big family.
If you are a foreigner, people and other employers are really helpful and they mostly speak a wide range of languages. What more. About the outer activities…Individual departments organizes various sport events, cycling routes, volleyball matches, chool concerts or charitable events. Everyone will find a source of fun in this place. So if you are thinking about an ERASMUS exchange or practical stage, I could only recommend :]!)
