The city is very small, not ideal if you're a big shopper but if you're into nature then it's perfect. Surrounded by mountains, beaches and waterfalls.

Very big, the majority of the city life is student life. Even better if you get involved in the free societies.

How much does it cost to live in Bangor?

Very very cheap. Food will range from £10-30 a week, nights out are relatively cheap, depends how much you drink/pre-drink. Club entry is usually £3. average cost of a room in a shared house about £400/month.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Bangor? Is there any advice you can give?

Not too difficult, lots of rooms in shared houses available. If struggling have a look on the facebook group "overheard in bangor", people often post about available rooms or if you post on there people will respond.
