OPERATIONS MANAGER FOR BOUTIQUE HOTELS in Bali

An ambitious Hospitality Startup (team of 2) based in Bali looks for a student to help with Promotions, Sales, Rentals management for Boutique Hotels. Ideally an expat or a foreign student.

Preferred skills:

-        You have to be really smart

-        Male / Female

-        Fluent in English (spoken / written)

-        Minimum 18 y.o

-        Currently staying / or Studying in Bali or planned in the next 2 months

-        Experience with OTAs (Online Travel Agents) (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia a big plus if you know any channel managers: SiteMinder, Xotelia, Staaha)

-        PC skills: Email, Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Basic Picture Editor

-        Flexibility (work hours, work locations, visiting hotels)

 

Daily tasks:

 

-        Daily E-mail correspondence (direct bookings, agents)

-        Creating and checking daily promotions on the admin pages of Booking, Expedia etc.

-        Editing and uploading property pictures

-        Weekly property listings description amendments

-        Weekly reports on hotel statistics

The Job offer:

-        Flexible working hours, flexible work places: at home, cafes, hotels, beach

-        25-30 hours/week

-        Base salary 8 Million IDR / Month, + bonuses up to 8 Million IDR extra/Month - for great results
