Generally, what is Bahcesehir University like?

The professors in lectures are really involved in the learning processes of students so that is a good plus and the location of the campus is the best in Istanbul so you wouldn't regret choosing here. However since its in such a wonderful spot, the campus as a whole is a bit packed its rather small.

What are the facilities like?

As I said before the campus is in the heart of Istanbul and Istanbul being a very old city there isn't much space for Bahcesehir to expand its facilities.

What are the tutors like?

Tutors are quite involved in students learning processes and you can see all of them are well educated on the topics they are teaching and enjoy what they are doing.

Are the lessons easy in Bahcesehir University?

The content of the lessons are not easy but thanks to the system passing is easy. Your results are usually calculated according to the average of the students who are taking the course. But this changes from course to course so consider that while choosing courses.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

I am a student of political science and I can say that my department organizes events pretty frequently and we also have a lot of festivals which can be a lot of fun

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

Absolutely. The content of the courses and the way courses are structured maximizes the learning process. Its a lecture based system so you don't have workgroups (which works better for me). Also all the reading materials for the courses are provided in a booklet so it is easy to access.
