I am looking for a room

I am a PhD student and I am planning to work on a project in Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT) in Aveiro. I am travelling to Aveiro alone and looking for an affordable room to live. I will be in Aveiro at least 3 months since the last week of April. I prefer to live in a quiet and sunshine room with the cool neighbors. I don't like cooking and I usually eat my lunch in the university and go out for dinner.
