Generally, what is Athens University of Economics and Business like?

Athens University of Economics and Business is regarded as the best university of economics in Greece! Its located in the center of Athens ( this has plus and cons). It has a very good reputation abroad! The majority of teachers are very interested to students' success, which makes them work hard for providing to students a completed knowledge!

What are the facilities like?

The facilities of this University are not the best as it is in the center of Athens and it is quite old! There are many classrooms and amphitheaters, some computer rooms, a small restaurant, some other rooms for ceremonies, and a library as well. In other words, it is not inside a campus or something like that, and its not a modern building but it provides everything that students need! Moreover it is located in a very convenient as it is very easily accessible and there is good transportation to it! Finally, one more advantage is that there are many places to eat close to it and also many bookshops where you can buy stuff or print, scan something etc!

What are the tutors like?

The majority of tutors is very good with a big interest to teaches and provide all the necessary knowledge! All professors have slides on the internet and are very willing to help you! Most of them organize some events like inviting employees of big firms ( like the brand manager of red bull etc) and also they give to students projects to do.

Are the lessons easy in Athens University of Economics and Business?

Some of the lessons are more demanding the some others and they require to attend them and study! But generally speaking, if a student attend regularly the lessons, do some projects and study mainly before the final exams, its normal for him to pass the lesson!

The university doesnt organize some specific activities, but there are some "groups" which you can join (For example a theater team, photography team etc)

Do you think there is a good quality of teaching?

Yes! i think its a highly quality teaching and every lesson is very enriched with more knowledge on the subject, projects etc!
