Spanish & English Customer Care Representative in Athens, Greece:

My company , a big contact center multinational present in more than 47 countries, is recruiting for full time (8 hours) agents to join the SPANISH speaking team to work 5 days/week 8hrs per day(working hours are between 9 am – 10 pm from Monday to Sunday).

You will be working for a big Contact Centers multinational in Greece (Athens) that handles telephone based customer service projects for very important and recognized clients. This vacancy is for the largest multinational company worldwide that designs and manufactures consumer electronics and computer software.

Mission:
• To receive and handle inquiries from inbound calls, chat and emails providing support in Spanish.
• Receiving inquiries answer inbound calls within a busy customer service team
• Acting as the first point of contact for all Spanish & English speaking clients via inbound calls.
• Pro-actively respond to customer queries in Spanish and English via inbound calls
• Data input and information management
• Liaise and resolve any customer complaints/issues

Prerequisites:
• Graduates of High School, Colleges, Foreign Universities
• Fluent to native standard Spanish
• Fluent English (Advanced level: fluent written, spoken and reading skills).
• Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, and internet). Knowledge and experience with Mac OS X will be highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, passionate about customer services
